Samantha L. Walker

Samantha L. Walker is a Southeast Kansas native and the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Crossroads Service Group, LLC. As a senior executive of the organization, Samantha oversees administrative operations, client-service coordination, field assignments, professional services, internal procedures, and the day-to-day systems that support the Crossroads network of companies.

Working alongside company leadership, Samantha plays a central role in maintaining efficient business operations, coordinating services among affiliated companies, supporting organizational growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring assignments are handled professionally, accurately, and efficiently. Her responsibilities include business administration, operational support, field-service coordination, document services, client communications, internal compliance, and the development of administrative systems designed to support a growing multi-service organization.

Samantha is a commissioned Notary Public in both Kansas and Missouri and is a Certified Notary Signing Agent. She is trained and authorized to provide Remote Online Notarization (RON) and In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) services. Her notarial practice serves individuals, attorneys, businesses, financial and professional organizations, and other clients requiring accurate, confidential, and compliant document execution.

Samantha is also an experienced special process server serving attorneys, law firms, businesses, government agencies, pro se litigants, private individuals, and professional process-serving organizations throughout Kansas and Missouri.

In Kansas, Samantha holds general standing appointments from the Chief Judges of the 5th, 6th, 11th, 13th, and 31st Judicial Districts, authorizing her to serve civil process within those jurisdictions in accordance with applicable Kansas law and court rules.

In Missouri, Samantha performs service of process by motion and court appointment in matters pending before the 28th, 29th, 31st, 39th, and 40th Judicial Circuit Courts. Her multi-jurisdictional field experience allows Crossroads to provide dependable process-serving coverage throughout a substantial portion of Southeast and Eastern Kansas and Southwest Missouri.

Through her process-serving work, Samantha handles routine civil process, time-sensitive assignments, difficult or evasive service attempts, and assignments requiring persistence, discretion, accurate documentation, and careful attention to court requirements. She also assists with the coordination of field assignments and professional service requests across the Crossroads service area.

In addition to her notarial and process-serving responsibilities, Samantha is a licensed Kansas Bail Bond Agent and provides bail bond services through Crossroads 24/7 Bail Bonds, LLC in the Eleventh Judicial District of Kansas covering Cherokee, Crawford, and Labette Counties. She works directly with clients and families during time-sensitive circumstances, providing clear communication, professional assistance, and bail bond services within the scope of her license and applicable Kansas law.

Before joining the leadership of the Crossroads family of companies, Samantha spent more than ten years working in healthcare. Her healthcare background provided extensive experience in public-facing service, confidential information management, records administration, professional communication, service coordination, and working effectively in high-pressure environments.

That experience continues to influence Samantha's executive leadership today. As Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, she combines a practical client-service approach with the organization, accountability, discretion, and attention to detail required to support a growing professional-services company.

Samantha also remains directly involved in field operations and private contract assignments involving process serving, notarial services, administrative coordination, and related professional services. Her continued involvement in day-to-day operations allows her to maintain direct awareness of client needs, field conditions, service requirements, and the operational standards expected throughout the Crossroads organization.

Together with Tanner S. Walker, Samantha continues to develop Crossroads Service Group and its affiliated companies into a coordinated professional-services organization serving attorneys, businesses, agencies, private clients, and communities throughout Kansas and Missouri.

Samantha believes successful professional service depends on organization, communication, accuracy, discretion, and follow-through. Her leadership is focused on building dependable administrative systems, maintaining professional standards, supporting the people who perform the work, and ensuring clients receive consistent service from the initial assignment through completion.
