Tanner S. Walker

Tanner S. Walker is a Southeast Kansas native and the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Crossroads Service Group, LLC. In this role, Tanner provides executive leadership and strategic direction across the Crossroads network of companies, overseeing business development, regulatory compliance, professional relationships, marketing, field operations, organizational growth, and long-term planning.

Tanner is also a commissioned Kansas Notary Public and an experienced special process server serving attorneys, law firms, businesses, government agencies, pro se litigants, and private clients throughout Kansas and Missouri.

In Kansas, Tanner holds general standing appointments from the Chief Judges of the 5th, 6th, 11th, 13th, and 31st Judicial Districts, authorizing him to serve civil process within those jurisdictions in accordance with applicable Kansas law and court rules.

In Missouri, Tanner performs service of process by motion and court appointment in matters pending before the 28th, 29th, 31st, 39th, and 40th Judicial Circuit Courts. His multi-jurisdictional field experience allows Crossroads to provide dependable service coverage throughout a substantial portion of Southeast and Eastern Kansas and Southwest Missouri.

Tanner remains directly involved in field operations while also managing the broader development of Crossroads Service Group. His work includes coordinating service assignments, maintaining relationships with attorneys and professional clients, developing operational standards, overseeing compliance procedures, expanding service territories, and creating systems that allow Crossroads to provide consistent service across multiple jurisdictions.

His professional background includes legal support services, process serving, business operations, administrative coordination, customer service, public-facing work, compliance, and organizational management. That experience has shaped a practical approach to leadership centered on professionalism, clear communication, accountability, accuracy, and follow-through.

Under Tanner's leadership, Crossroads continues to develop relationships with law firms, process serving companies, businesses, courts, and other professional organizations while expanding its ability to manage assignments across Kansas and Missouri. A central focus of that growth is building the operational infrastructure necessary to coordinate field professionals efficiently while maintaining consistent standards for documentation, communication, service attempts, and client reporting.

Tanner works alongside his wife and business partner, Samantha L. Walker, Co-Founder, Executive Vice President, and Chief Administrative Officer, in the continued development of Crossroads Service Group and its affiliated companies. Together, they oversee an organization built around professional service, accessibility, accountability, and dependable support for clients throughout the region.

While Tanner's personal experiences have contributed to his perspective on responsibility and second chances, his professional philosophy is straightforward: treat clients fairly, communicate clearly, understand the assignment, follow applicable rules and procedures, document the work thoroughly, and complete each assignment with professionalism.
